Our listed fee structure is based solely on *one-shot* bookings with in-house engineer and can be adjusted accordingly. As noted before, we are a project oriented facility and we are aware that each project is unique and that all of the issues and needs associated with it can vary greatly on multiple levels. Therefore, we will do our best to work with each client in order to tailor a fee structure that is equitable for all involved. We are painfully aware of the economic constraints that artists endure (we are artists too) and we will do everything we can to make it work.

Some basic issues for consideration:

If you are in essence "renting the studio out" to record demos or CDs for release, then all of the fees and parameters will be clearly laid out as listed in the fee schedule and agreed upon before commencing with the session(s). We won't be springing any hidden fees on you or "nickel & dime-ing" you to death. Just keep in mind that it is up to the artist to come to the sessions prepared -- rehearsed, pre-arranged, etc. -- otherwise you are paying for rehearsal time that would be considerably cheaper in a commercial rehearsal space.

If the project is more collaborative i.e., we are more deeply involved in the production of the project, then the fees will be determined based on a more tailored assessment of logistics, creative agenda, and the overall project goal, eliminating the need for "clock-watching" on anyone's part.
